Martzavi was the red wine variety produced in the estate. This is where some of the tools used in vine harvest and some of the wine barrels were kept. Today, it has been converted into a 35 sq.m. single-space apartment.

Every year on the estate, one of the most festive times was that of the vine harvest, the “Vendemia”, which started at dusk. Everyone would go down to the vine, to help pick the grapes with singing and in a joyful atmosphere.Wine was the first thing to come into the home, then there was the harvest of the other crops part of which would be used to have food in the winter, and part would be sold on the market. It is a beautiful 35 sq.m. single-space room.

Horses have always been an integral part of the family’s life. They were used in most tasks performed on the estate, and as transportation means. This is where Popi, grandfather Nikolas’s mare, was stabled. He rode her around the estate, and when it was time to go to town with his family, he used the coach. Today, it has been converted into a 30 sq.m. single-space apartment.

This is where they brought the hay after it was harvested to weigh it. The scales, the so-called “balanza”, are still there and you can even make out the various stamps certifying the correct calibration of the scales, before the hay was sold. It is a 30 sq. m. single-space apartment.
